  1. Is there anyway you can share the process to solve this? I tried using the given information to find a solution, but my answer was not what ACT 3 had as an answer.

    1. Hey Glenn! I just tried as well, and the answers did not come out the same.

      I set up a proportion:

      1.06/12 = x/119

      x = 10.512

      My guess is that the rate increases as the dominoes pick up more steam. Not sure I have a good answer, but this seems to put us in an interesting situation! Maybe it can lead to a good conversation about how real life and math models don’t always align?
